This process may require the submission of government-issued identification and proof of ownership of payment methods used on the account.
Where 55bwm identifies that a player holds more than one account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be suspended. Balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 55bwm's discretion. Players wishing to contest a duplicate account determination must contact support within 14 days of receiving notification.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 55bwm account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 55bwm staff will never ask for your password through any communication channel.
You agree to notify 55bwm immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. 55bwm shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 55bwm shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming opportunity, or loss of goodwill, even if 55bwm has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all circumstances, 55bwm's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player to their 55bwm account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
